This arrived from eBay today. It’s something I’ve been after for a while so I’m keen to share my initial impressions.
I don’t do unboxing in the usual sense with new product, but this is something rather nice and I doubt you will find another out there any time soon. Continue reading “Senn Sound 8 Track Stereo Recorder Deck. Unboxing”
My system sounds great, but it’s lacking a little something aesthetically.
A cassette deck, which was otherwise beyond repair, had a lovely pair of VU meters. Maybe I can do something with those?

My 8 track player has developed a problem.
It doesn’t always switch tracks properly at the end or when you press the selector button. So, what has that got to do with a flushing toilet? Continue reading “Eight track cartridge player won’t change track”

This was given to me by a friend. A “small problem with the arm” he said.
I’ve never been inside a direct drive turntable before. This will be interesting. Continue reading “Technics SL-QX200 Turntable. Wot, no motor!”
